A PAYCHEK PLUS!™ Card Marketer Bank
A Marketer promotes the Paychek Plus!™ directly to their commercial clients in an effort to strengthen existing relationships or to build new ones. The payroll debit card program provides the financial institution with the opportunity to increase net income while reducing employer and employee expenses associated with traditional payroll processing for un-banked or under-banked employees. FSV provides a complete turnkey solution inclusive of providing a card issuer for the program.

An Issuer promotes the Paychek Plus!™ directly to their commercial clients in an effort to strengthen existing relationships or to build new ones. In addition, the Issuer has the opportunity to “sponsor” other financial institutions (Marketers) into the Paychek Plus!™ program in the same manner that debit/credit card programs are today.
